CHUCK WILKE
Chuck is a founding principal of Meridian Capital and has more than 20 years experience in CEO-level operating positions. Meridian Capital is a private Seattle-based investment banking firm focused on providing merger and acquisition and strategic financial advisory services to middle-market companies. Formerly Olympic Capital Partners, Meridian was founded in 1995 to address growing demand for investment banking services on behalf of public and private companies, alike. The firm has an established track record of serving a diverse clientele throughout the United States as well as abroad. Unrivaled access to international markets is achieved through the firm's membership in Global M&A. Prior to starting Meridian (Olympic Capital) in 1995, Chuck was president and CEO of the Raleigh USA Bicycle Company where he was responsible for the major restructuring of the business.

Previously, Chuck was president and CEO of Gerry Baby Products Company. Under his direction the company expanded annual sales from $1 million to $100 million. During his tenure he led a management buyout of the company, four acquisitions, and the eventual sale of Gerry Baby Products to Huffy Corporation. He is currently the chairman of the board of Palouse Holdings L.L.C., and a member of the boards of directors of Pacific Market International, Seattle, Washington; Axis Crane, Portland, Oregon; Brock USA, Boulder, Colorado; and New Heights Furniture Ltd., London, England.

Chuck is a graduate of the University of Redlands and has an MBA degree from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
